Villkor (Terms & Conditions in English below)

1. Crisis Revolution AB (CREV), organisationsnummer 559330-7068 har sitt säte i Rönninge, Stockholm, Sverige. E-post: [email protected]

2. Produkten är ett USB-minne bestående av Powerpoint/Word mallar samt videofilmer att använda för att utveckla er krisberedskap. Leverans sker per post.

3. Beställning: När du slutfört din beställning skickas en faktura/orderbekräftelse till din e-postadress. Efter att ni betalat skickas materialet till er.

4. Leverans: Våra normala leveranstider är 7 dagar. 

5. Priser anges i SEK exklusive moms. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att justera priserna.

6. Ångerrätt (endast privatkunder)

• Vid köp av varor på webbplatsen har du lagstiftad 14 dagars ångerrätt (ange ordernummer) som gäller från det att du har tagit emot en beställd vara.

7. Reklamation och klagomål

• Eventuella klagomål,  fel och defekt ska alltid påtalas/reklameras omedelbart efter att det upptäckts (ange ordernummer).

8. Ansvarsbegränsning: CREVs skadeståndsskyldighet omfattar aldrig uteblivna intäkter eller annan indirekt förlust eller skada. Vårt skadeståndsansvar är alltid begränsat till ett högsta sammanlagt belopp om SEK 10.000:-.

9. Övriga villkor

• Copyright och ägarskap till levererat material tillhör CREV och/eller dess koncernbolag samtlicensgivare. Ni erhåller en icke exklusiv nyttjanderätt för internt bruk i tränings-/utbildningssyfte.
• Materialet får inte användas för kommersiellt bruk.
• Bilder, filmer & ljud i filerna/dokumenten som ni erhåller är licensierat av 3:e part som äger rättigheterna till dessa. Sådant material får inte manipuleras/ändras eller användas för andra ändamål än det avsedda. Bilder, filmer & ljud som ingår i leveransen får således inte användas i andra presentationer/övningar & dokument.
• Ni äger dock rätt att editera/ändra/använda övrigt material för annat internt bruk om ni byter ut bilder, filmer & ljud.

10. Cookies: Enligt lag ska besökare på en webbplats i integritetssyfte få information om att cookies används. Cookie är en liten textfil som webbplatsen du besöker begär att få spara på din dator för att ge tillgång till olika funktioner. Det går att ställa in sin webbläsare så att den automatiskt nekar cookies. 

11. Personuppgifter

• Genom att handla hos CREV accepterar du vår behandling av dina personuppgifter. Vi samlar inte in fler uppgifter än nödvändigt för att behandla din beställning. Vi säljer eller delar aldrig dina uppgifter till tredjepart utan rättslig grund.
• CREV behandlar dina personuppgifter enbart för att kunna hantera din beställningar, kampanjerbjudanden samt om du har önskat nyhetsbrev.
• Vilka uppgifter lagrar vi?
  För att kunna uppfylla avtalet och hantera din beställning samt uppfylla lagkrav relaterat till din orderlagrar vi namn, adress, telefonnummer, e-postadress, ip-adress och köphistorik. Dina uppgifter lagras så länge vi har en rättslig grund att behandla dina uppgifter, exempelvis för att efterleva skatteregler. 
• Vilka uppgifter delas och med vilket syfte?

          Vid genomförande av köp delas information med vår betalleverantör KLARNA samt fraktleverantör. 

• Dina rättigheter
  Du har rätt att få utdrag, få dina uppgifter uppdaterade eller raderade hos oss. Uppgifter som vi måste spara pga. lagkrav raderas inte.  
• Personuppgiftsansvar
  Vi är personuppgiftsansvariga och har ett personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med vår leverantör Quickbutik.
• Ändringar till de Allmänna Villkoren

• Vi förbehåller oss rätten att när som helst företa ändringar i villkoren som  publiceras online på webbplatsen. De ändrade villkoren anses för accepterade i samband med order eller besök på webbplatsen.

• Tvist och lagval

• Privatkund: Vid tvist som inte kan lösas i samförstånd kan du vända dig till Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. För boende i ett annat EU-land än Sverige kan man lämna klagomål via EU-kommissionens plattform.
• Tvist gällande tolkningen eller tillämpningen av dessa allmänna villkor ska tolkas i enlighet med svensk rätt och lag.

Terms & Conditions

2. The product is a USB stick consisting of Powerpoint/Word templates and videos to be used to improveyour crisis preparedness. Delivery is by post.

3. Order: When you have completed your order, an invoice/order confirmation will be sent to your email address. After you have paid, the material will be shipped to you.

4. Delivery: Our normal delivery times are 7 days. 

5. Pricing is stated in SEK (Swedish crowns) excluding VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices.

6. Right of withdrawal (private individuals only)

When purchasing goods on the website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (state the order number) that applies from the time you have received an ordered product

7. Complaints

• Any complaints, errors and defects must always be reported/claimed immediately after they are discovered (specify order number).

8. Liability: CREV's liability for damages never covers loss of revenue or other indirect loss or damages. Our aggregated liability is limited to a maximum total amount of SEK 10,000:-. 

9. Licensing & copyright

• Copyright and ownership of delivered material belong to CREV and/or its group companies and licensors. You receive a non-exclusive right of use for internal use for training/educational purposes.
• The material may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Pictures, videos & sounds in the files/documents you receive are licensed by 3rd parties who own the rights to these. Such material may not be manipulated/altered or used for other purposes than the intended. Images, films & sounds included in the delivery may therefore not be used in other presentations/exercises & documents within your organisation.
• However, you have the right to edit/change/use the material for other internal use as long as you replace pictures, videos & sound.

10. Cookies: By law, visitors to a website, for privacy purposes, must be informed that cookies are being used. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. It is possible to set your browser so that it automatically refuses cookies. 

11. Personal data

• By shopping with us, you accept us processing your personal data. We only collect information that isnecessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data to third parties unless stated by law.
• CREV processes your personal data only to be able to handle your orders, campaign offers and if you have requested a newsletter.
• What information do we store?
  In order to be able to fulfill the agreement and manage your order as well as fulfill legal requirements related to your order, we store name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to comply with tax regulations.
• What information is shared and for what purpose?

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider KLARNA and shipping provider. 

• Your rights
  You have the right to receive extracts, have your data updated or deleted from us.  Data that we have to save to comply with legal requirements are not deleted.  
• Data Protection
  CREV is the controller for your data and our provider Quickbutik is the processor.  The Dataprocessing agreement can be found here: DPA.

12. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to make changes at any time to these terms and conditions (posted online on the website). The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

13. Applicable laws

• Private individual: In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you can submit a complaint via the European Commission's platform.
• This agreement & Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
