To establish a Crisis Management Team (CMT)
Have a notification procedure
Preparations for your emergency operations centre
Having a log function and a situation report ready (sitrep)
Having a start-up plan and a crisis meeting agenda for the CMT

Suggested duration: 5-8 hours (may be taken in sections)
Audience: The future crisis management team or parts thereof
